This privacy notice describes how Gammon Capital, LLC (“Gammon Capital”, “we”) collects and uses information when you visit this website or contact us.

We collect only information you provide directly. If you contact us by email, we will have the email address and any additional information you choose to share about your firm or balance sheet. This site does not currently use cookies, third-party analytics, or any client-side tracking. Our hosting provider may keep standard web-server access logs (IP address, request path, timestamp, user-agent) for operational and security purposes; we do not combine these logs with any identified personal information.

How we use information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, evaluate prospective engagements, and operate the site. We do not sell personal information. We do not share inquiry information with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to deliver services you have specifically engaged us to provide.

Retention

Inquiry correspondence is retained for as long as is operationally useful and to satisfy any applicable legal or regulatory recordkeeping obligations.
